I didn’t end up keeping the hat (it was a Christmas gift for my now ex), but I still wanted to leave a review because the customer service alone deserves it.
The return process was incredibly easy, and the kindness and humor I was met with genuinely made a difficult time a little lighter. Bin was wonderful to communicate with, and it was one of those rare customer service experiences that actually sticks with you.
The hat itself was high quality and well-made — I would have loved to keep it under different circumstances. I’ll absolutely be a returning customer in the future (especially once I find myself another golfer ).
